Lind Financial Group is a trade name for the coordination of its participating member companies. It is not a registered entity. Participation does not create a partnership, joint venture, commingling of assets, shared liability, shared financial responsibility, or any obligation between members.

The group's role is limited to coordinating business opportunities and supporting collaborative and individual client relationships. Its current members are Lind and Lind Insurance Agency, Inc., Lind Mining and Minerals, LLC, and Investments International, Inc., each a separately established and registered business entity.
